Reliable, On-time Delivery.
Screen Panels
Midwestern Industries has a variety of screen panels. We
offer a wide range of sizes as well as on-time deliveries, competitive pricing
and unsurpassed quality with each product. To insure durability and longevity
with our screen panels, Midwestern weaves our own wire cloth to the highest
specifications. Offering an array of woven wire screen cloth, including high
carbon, oil tempered and stainless steels (T-304, T-316 and T-430), Midwestern
Industries can accommodate nearly every screening application.
To maintain our reputation for high quality, on-time delivery
and technical assistance, Midwestern searches out the latest innovations in
quality advancement. As an international supplier of screening panels, machinery
and replacement parts, Midwestern Industries has made a commitment, for over
50 years, to provide customers with reliable and dependable products.
Cloth-Edged Screens
Midwestern Industries’ sifter screens combine the old-fashioned
virtues of craftsmanship, performance and price that have made us a leader in
the design and manufacturing of vibration screening equipment since 1953.
Our high quality clothed-edged screens are manufactured using
new state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. These rectangular screens are
available in T-304 and T-316 stainless steel, and T-430 magnetic stainless steel,
with or without stainless steel grommets, and/or center strips.
For general use and FDA applications, our cloth-edged sifter
screens are made with a white canvas edging. High temperature edging, for use
up to 600° F, is also available.
Crown-Bar rubber prevents screen cloth wear.
Midwestern’s full range of products includes three
types of crown-bar rubber, in stock, ready for immediate shipment or emergency
pick-up. All Midwestern crown-bar rubber is non-conductive and compatible with
any brand of electric screen heating.
Crown-bar rubber slips over the longitudinal crown bars on
the vibrating screen and prevents the screen cloth from wearing against the
crown bars. A large number of screen-cloth failures are caused by the absence
of crown-bar rubber to support the screens.
