Quick Change Screen Frame

Midwestern’s quick-change screen frame for round, single-deck separators allows screen cloths to be changed quickly and easily.

The quick-change frame features hand-screw tensioning devices positioned around the exterior of the frame. By loosening the hand-screw devices, the screen can easily be lifted out of the frame using the two handles attached to the screen.

To install a new screen, simply set the screen in place and retighten the hand-screw devices. No tools are required for screen removal or screen installation.

The quick-change screen frame is designed for Midwestern’s Gyra-Vib separators, but it can also be used on other single-deck separators. It is available in diameters from 24” thru 60”.
