MR Series

The MR Series Gyra-Vib features a more conventional design. It is a round separator using a specially designed, quality-built motor located in the center of the table assembly. Replacement motors for this series are immediately available from Midwestern Industries’ stock.

Midwestern Industries’ unique balance cages are attached to each end of the motor shaft, generating the same variety of particle movements, as does the ME Series cages. A conventional motor weight system can also be installed, if desired.

As in the ME Series-but unlike other conventional separators-lower frames are bolted to the table assembly on the MR Series. Thus, the lower frames will not turn and wear out the flanges on the table and lower frame. This eliminates costly table and frame repairs.

Midwestern's MR Series Gyra-Vib direct-drive (24"-diameter) separator is designed for applications where wash-down requirements must be met such as food and pharmaceutical applications. It is offered in all stainless steel construction (304 or 316) including the base and table.

All product contact areas can be polished in accordance with 3A Sanitary Standard.
