ME Series Vibratory Round Separators

The ME Series Gyra-Vib® round separator gives the user ultimate control of the screener’s frequency – providing accurate particle travel and increased production. Available in a wide range of sizes and finishes, the vibratory separator can integrate nicely within existing processes or new applications.

Overview

The innovative drive design features a variable speed pulley system intergraded with the motor mounted on an adjustable slide base to achieve precision screening at it’s best. The adjustable base allows for precise control of frequency – providing accurate material travel and increased production.

This unique system allows the unit to operate at a speed range of 950 to 1450 rotations per minute (rpm), reducing the wear on the separator and maximizing the life of the motor. Increase rpm for better production schedules; reduce rpm for less energy consumption.

The balance cages allow for finer adjustments and more efficient screening compared to a fixed rpm separator. The ME Series separator features a weight system that allows for adjustments simply by moving the weights freely over pins, making it easy to change flow patterns.
